This very popular event honours one of Dundrum’s Athletic Club finest members, Brendan Kinane, who died suddenly in 2016. Over the years this event has grown in stature over the popular Dundrum 5k circuit that has helped many athletes to achieve a Personal best over this Classic distance.
The 5k route is relatively flat and an ideal opportunity for people of every ability. It is an ideal course to run your first 5k while it also offers athletes an opportunity to set a new Personal Best. This race always attracts both quality and quantity while the post-race refreshments as well worth the entry fee alone.
